SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH GUSS GmbH produces and develops innovative cast components for the energy industry that perfectly meet the increasing requirements. We also support our customers in the service business and in re-fit projects. We use turn-key programs to implement solutions for different geometries and materials in a network, and we round off our production portfolio with component production.

Gas turbines

As a key supplier, we deliver cast stainless steel products for gas turbines with capacities of up to 350 MW.  Thanks to close cooperation with our customers, the efficiency of the turbines could be increased. 

Steam turbines

We produce cast elements such as valves, housings and various other components for steam turbines, meeting the highest quality and efficiency requirements.

Wind energy

For the wind power industry, we provide special solutions made from special steel castings. The successful development of innovative energy generation concepts benefits from our long-term experience and in-depths material know-how. 

Renewable energy
