In the automotive business area, we deal with the production of operating resources for production facilities in the automotive industry and their suppliers.

Forming tools with sophisticated geometries and high wear resistance are custom-made. We focus on dimensional accuracy and quality production.

The tools for pressing plants for body parts are manufactured using the full-molding process. Here, Exporit models milled according to 3D data are generated for a one-off application. The models produced in this way are converted into sophisticated tools. The material spectrum ranges from iron and nodular cast iron to high-strength tool steels.

Through the S+B DOERING CAST GmbH joint venture, we offer our customers in the automotive industry significant added value - by bundling competencies under one roof.

From the data set for the model creation to the provision of the steel and cast iron components, you receive complete tool sets from a single source. On request, we can also take on the extended mechanical processing.
